Chai Tea

The intention behind this Chai was to bring you a great tasting, caffeine free option that actually benefits you. Made with a blend of Red Rooibos, Cardamom, Black Pepper, Cloves, Ginger, Cinnamon as well as Ashwagandha, Lions Mane, and Reishi mushroom.

Ingredients: *Red Rooibos, *Cinnamon, *Ginger, *Cardamom, *Black Pepper, *Clove, *Ashwagandha, *Lion's Mane Mushroom, *Reishi Mushroom.

Directions: 

Place 1-2 tsp in a pot with 2 cups of water (or Milk). Bring to a gently simmer and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Strain and sweeten with honey. If you simmer with water you can also add cream or milk at the end :)
